Internal Initiatives • Led PMO activities for multiple large-scale projects: identifying key roles, defining activities & milestones, assessing risks, creating mitigation plans, and keeping the project stakeholders and sponsors aligned• Produced business cases and change management strategies for RFPs resulting in agreements in excess of $1m• Founded and led the Junior Consulting Development Program, including onboarding ‘Consulting 101’ orientation, mentor network, and conferences with senior executives• Served as the capability lead for Benefits Realization, defined and directed strategy, updated standard operating procedures with best practice, and conducted practice-wide learning events Benefits & Value Realization• Collaborated with Global Process Owners across FP&A, OTC, PTP, IM/WM, Manufacturing, and BI to develop comparative business cases & scenario plans to evaluate impact of enterprise-wide ERP system change• Identified & quantified financial, operational, and soft benefits from SAP implementation, typically doubling ROI projections• Benchmarked current performance metrics against similar companies’ ERP implementations to determine target and stretch goals• Partnered with Industrial Engineers and SMEs to detail specific value creation opportunities and embed identified benefits into BI reports to ensure adoption and realization• Developed organization capacity planning models to calculate future state resourcing and volume load capacitiesOrganizational Change Management • Managed teams of on- and offshore Subject Matter Experts to deliver organizational change as a service for clients• Built & scaled online training environment including architecture, configuration, security, and data to support 74 courses• Supported Readiness Network of 160 managers and 91 change agents; provided reporting, communication, and change activities• Developed Change Impact analysis to enable managers to lead their organizations transformation

• Collaborated with Global Process Owners across Finance, OTC, PTP, IM/WM, Manufacturing, and BI, to create comparative business cases to evaluate companywide ERP system change• Participated in all PMO activities including identifying key roles, defining milestones, assessing risks, creating mitigation plans, and keeping the project stakeholders and sponsors aligned

• Managed a team of 28 Subject Matter Experts across 4 offices to develop business roles and responsibilities in support of new process designs in a multi-year SAP implementation. • Provided coaching, mentoring and knowledge transfer of HCL-AXON’s Transformational Change approach for client team. • Supported Business Readiness Network of 160 managers and 91 Change Agents to provide reporting, communication, and change activities in participation for large scale multi-year ERP implementation. • Detailed Change Impact analysis to enable managers to better lead their organizations transformation.

• Identified financial, measurable, and soft benefits resulting from SAP implementation, doubling ROI projections from original business case. • Benchmarked current performance metrics against similar company’s ERP implementations to determine target and stretch goals • Partnered with Industrial Engineers and Subject Matter Experts to detail specific value creation opportunities and embed identified benefits into BI reports for managers to ensure adoption and realization. • Analyzed current staffing levels and makeup to determine current and future volume load capacities.

• Selected and managed a team of 6 offshore direct reports (Malaysia) and SMEs from 9 functional areas to create a training environment including architecture, configuration, security roles, transport schedule and data to support training for 74 courses. • Project Received SAP Excellence in Education Award for innovative approach to Training supported by my team. • Developed 50 interactive computer based training courses, supported by over 400 transaction simulations. • Led a high level client visit to offshore office in Malaysia to establish working relationships between on -shore and off-shore teams and style guide conventions for training documents.

• Managed a team of Chinese and foreign employees to create a quotation system for international sales, empowering worldwide subsidiaries to quickly and accurately provide price quotes • Developed internal transfer price strategies with top management which maximized profits in pro-renewable energy tax havens. • Tracked global subsidiary sales opportunities for top management to direct supply chain procurement and resource deployment.

• Designed $2 million renewable energy based transportation infrastructure plan for Western Province of Papua New Guinea's rivers, (PNG) resulting in MOU partnership with PNG Sustainable Development Fund• Established subsidiary company in PNG to facilitate training for technicians and $600,000 of equipment procurements• Arranged shipping and customs procedures to supply Liberian Orphan Education Project with 'Power Briefcases' that run laptops and projectors from battery bank charged by portable solar modules

- Wrote interview-based Oil & Gas Industry Intelligence books in Turkey and Canada, read by 24k executives in 100 countries - Interviewed over 150 senior public ministers and top executives of influential companies across industry sectors- Expanded circulation by 62% in under a year by continually writing in-depth articles highlighting important political, financial, and technological developments facing country's energy industry- Conducted thorough company and sector research providing comprehensive analysis for all industry stakeholders

- Modeled five integrated strategies facilitating transfer of $10 million owner interest at nearly zero cost to minority owner- Produced work plan proposals, research reports and coordinated strategy implementation efforts which contributed to direct supervisor's designation of the 2nd highest fee planner in Sagemark Consulting, 2007- Created specialized deferred compensation model comparing value sharing options which enabled plan selection that reduced executive turnover to 0% as company sales tripled the following year- Built an internal revenue tracking system highlighting 100% of the split errors and omissions in planner commissions as well as targeting clients and products with time/revenue imbalances improving office efficiency by 10%

• Managed a $148K portfolio which consistently beat the S&P500 YTD return • Investigated companies in non-cyclical industries, particularly pharmaceutical and health care providers, using both fundamental and technical analysis to evaluate their risk, return and strategic fit in our group’s portfolio• Ranked first in the nation out of 133 competing schools for Value Investment Fund at the R.I.S.E. Symposium in 2004
