Evolved the brand’s positioning as Australasia’s lifestyle retailer offering complete solutions through a re-assortment of product, marketing and employee skills.> Optimised performance of the A$350M Freedom business in Australia, New Zealand and China by establishing, developing and retaining a strong senior leadership team and a total employee group of 1.8K+.> Implemented a solid turnaround plan for the business, growing sales volume by 20%, core profitability by 50% and the brand’s footprint by 10%.> Grew repeat purchase frequency by 20%, average transaction value by 15% and net promoter score by 20%, delivering 20% improved revenue and profitability over a 3 year period, via enhanced customer engagement.

Transitioned to an operational management role with responsibility for the Freedom Home and Bay Leather Republic businesses, focusing on delivering specialised solutions in the household goods segment with various strategic plans.> Spearheaded all operations in Australia with 6 direct reports and 400 total employees for the A$60M business.> Led the company to sustainable positive earnings, delivering significant improvements in one year by better leveraging centralised services and processes and refining brand USP for Bay Leather Republic.

Oversaw all corporate services within the group including Legal, Company Secretarial, Compliance, Risk Management, Internal Audit, Insurance, Property Acquisition and Management, Corporate Infrastructure, Occupational Health and Safety, Human Resources, People & Culture and Payroll. > Established the first in-house legal function within the listed Freedom Group Limited to optimise legal and risk outcomes. > Identified, recruited and developed 3 talented solicitors as part of an energised and successful legal services team of 6.
