Founded in 2018, Voi is a Swedish micromobility company offering e-scooter and e-bike sharing in partnership with towns, cities and local communities. We believe e-scooters can play a central role in changing how people move in our towns and cities in the future. We want to ensure that the micromobility transformation happens the right way - through real innovative technology, open and transparent dialogue with towns, cities and governments and by adapting our products to local needs. Voi operates in over 100 towns and cities across 12 countries. It is headquartered in Stockholm and employs around 1,000 people.My responsibilities include:- Working closely with the GM and regional stakeholders to develop and implement a DACH-specific PR & Communications strategy in line with the global strategy and overall business goals - Designing, executing and following up on the results of a multi-channel PR and content programme, including writing news stories, op-ed articles, blog-posts and social media content- Managing all inbound media requests and coordinate the press office for the region, including drafting and reviewing all press materials, media statements, FAQs, media briefs and other external material- Building and maintaining relationships with relevant journalist and key stakeholders- Identifying trends and newsworthy opportunities to maximise positive business impact- Collaborating with other teams to ensure our research generates relevant data for external and internal communication- Briefing, supporting and advising company spokespeople- Managing potential crises to limit impact on brand perception

Since 2001, managing stakeholder relationships has been a fundamental part of the business model.My responsibilities included:- Public affairs strategies and advocacy,- Public relations strategies and media relations,- Framing, - (Early) Public participation, - CSR and mission statement processes, - Crisis communications and issue management,- Corporate publishing

- Identify PR-opportunities - Create PR and communication campaigns and content, including press releases, articles, statements and social media posts- Build and maintain media and influencer relationships- Manage content channels- Develop and implement successful PR and communication concepts - Create and sustain relationships with target media and execute media outreach activities- Organise and promote key events - Monitor, evaluate and report on PR and communication activities

- Build and implement creative communication strategies - Deliver high-quality written materials, such as press releases, editorials, ad materials etc.- Work closely with all marketing associated teams (CRM, brand, analytics) to identify opportunities - Manage multi-channel (TV, Digital, Radio, Print, OOH) media plans- Monitor campaign performance and report results- Develop and implement campaigns for new customer acquisition and sales measures- Coordinate external marketing agencies
