I am passionate about bringing medical innovations to patients so they can live happier longer lives. Currently, I have the privilege of leading the fantastic team of Janssen Finland and jointly work towards the same goal of having as many Finnish patients as possible access new medical innovations.Having worked in very different organizational setups (universities, startups, management consultancy, mid-sized biotech and large pharma) and many countries (The Netherland, Switzerland, Germany, Sweden and Finland) has taught me how to build highly effective teams irrespective of structure and to flex my leadership style to different cultural environments.My experience throughout the pharma value chain (R&D, Business Development, Supply Chain and Commercial) has contributed to my broad industry understanding and offers me a wealth of experiences I can draw from.Setting clear strategic direction combined with dedication to operational implementation has enabled me to successfully lead business turnarounds in global, regional and country roles.In everything I do, I combine both brain and heart.
