Gezien de complexe structuur van verzekeringen is dit de perfecte uitdaging voor mij om mij in vast te bijten.

I started as a overall IT-Support Technician, giving IT-support to everyone within the company either in Maastricht or abroad. (Offices throughout Europe) One of my other responsibilities is creating sales/stock reports. As ACI got bigger, I focused more on the reporting part of my job.At first, my Excel knowledge was minimal, but due to the huge amount (and diversity) of reports within the ACI, my Excel knowledge grew rapidly. If users / support don't know the answer, they will end up at my desk.Next to reporting, I also work closely with our sales desk regarding contracts/price lists/prices, making sure everything is available in our system. When it comes down to breaking down Excel files and other issues regarding reporting, I am the "go-to-guy"Recently we started with the implementation of a brand new reporting tool and I will be in charge of creating and maintaining these reports.

I worked on the Computer and the TV department selling everything from a floppy drive to a 60" Plasma.
