Direct feedback improves understanding within the team. This leads to improved team culture and customer relationships because hearing and understanding every stakeholder is a key success factor. My duties during this psudo-intern position was procurement of all materials needed by our IT and facilities departments; all items that we're not used directly in production. I was tasked with many different projects, including valuation of items for a large insurance claim, reconciliation of many old legacy PO's causing issues in our Oracle Database System, and supplier database management (adds, drops). Expedited Orders for production buyers when necessary, while managing the MRO materials and anything needed by the purchasing department or supply chain as a functional group.

As a new business to the Whitewater market, Qdoba reached out to students to be creative and active in marketing for the new Qdoba branch. Activities included planning marketing events, representing the brand at athletic and campus events, and being a true ambassador for the brand to the rest of the student body. All ambassadors were required to be creative, self confident, and outgoing in order to convert our creative marketing strategies into restruarant visits by the local campus customers.
