I helped to program and produce Charlotte SHOUT! (Charlotte’s largest and longest multi-stage festival) as its Music Director since 2019. I assisted in booking talent and served as Stage Manager for the Vision Awards every year since 2017. I served as Talent Coordinator and Stage Manager for the Soul Junction festival (2016-2019). I have also served as a Talent Coordinator for the Novant Health Thanksgiving Parade every year since 2017.

As a Tout Manager, I took care of nearly every aspect of the lives of artists, musicians, and crew while on the road, providing organizational and administrative support for the duration of a concert tour. Made transportation and lodging arrangements; communicated in advance with promoters and venue management to coordinate load-in, sound check, and set times; conveyed the band's hospitality needs (backstage catering and dressing room setup); ensured that musicians and crew got to their next stop safely and on time; and ensured that the artist's rider requests are met.As a Stage Manager, I coordinate with local unions, stage hands and stewards to ensure timely execution of set up and break down of stage, loading of trucks and overall management of the day's schedule.

Helped the company to establish its brand new, Artist Services Department. Consulted with its creator, Ed Duncan, on overall direction of the department, and was instrumental in introducing the department to the rest of the company. Established partnerships with lead agents to develop new plans of action for the company's extensive roster of exclusive acts. Created a Social Media Playbook for the ECE Marketing team to use in helping band's to engage with and grow their audiences.

Assisted in producing events for East Coast Entertainment including high-end private events, corporate events, and the private music club, Music With Friends. Responsibilities included (but were not limited to) full review and fulfillment of production and hospitality riders, coordinating lodging and ground transportation for artists and crew, overseeing backstage services such as catering and call times day of show, as well as any other necessary tasks pertinent to the successful execution of each show. Clients ranged from the Carolina Panthers, to the Temptations, to Michael Bolton, to Christina Aguilera.
