As VP of Research, I drive Ecosystm’s research agenda and taxonomy to align our insights and thought-leadership to the current and future requirements of our clients. I facilitate our analyst community and act as the conduit between our research programs, analyst expertise and the commercial opportunities.My role gives me the opportunity to continue doing what I love - helping our clients with their cloud, CX, EX, AI, Automation and Digital Transformation strategies. I work with technology buyers, users and vendors to help businesses drive the outcomes that customers desire and business leaders demand through the implementation and ongoing innovation around technology-based systems and processes. I design and use Ecosystm's in-depth tech buyer data to ensure I stay ahead of trends and continue to understand what is best and next-practice.I help CIOs design their modern technology function that will help their business become more agile, innovative and customer-centric; I create thought leadership content for technology providers to improve their reach and positioning inside customers and prospects; I give keynote presentations at tech buyer, vendor and partner events - informing, entertaining and motivating audiences; I regularly facilitate Executive Roundtables - helping technology buyers solve their most pressing challenges in a collaborative environment; I run client workshops to help create an actionable and achievable plan to become even more customer-focused and digitally enabled.Working with Ecosystm and our clients gives me the insight and reach to continue to improve my insight about the technology market and evolve my perspective of where tech buyers and providers need to invest to ensure they get and stay ahead of their competitors.
