I’m a senior technical leader dedicated to developing and leading strong teams, building and executing winning business strategies, and seeking customer success through a consultative approach and high-touch support. In my current role, I lead the Public Sector solutions engineering team at HashiCorp. We are building the future of government as we become the mission partner enabling our customers to modernize, secure, codify, and automate their IT systems and processes. We are accomplishing our mission by building relationships, simplifying technology, and solving our customers' most pressing challenges. I am humbled to lead a fantastic team of engineers who are passionate about serving the people who serve us. In prior roles, I led customer-facing teams of presales engineers and architects as well as teams of specialists responsible for data center networking, computing, analytics, and cloud solution sales. We delivered IT solutions and architectures in the US Public Sector market. Our work helped our customers migrate from traditional IT systems to new hybrid cloud platforms that enable fast IT and transform their primary mission: to protect, serve, and educate. I transitioned my career into leadership and management because I believe people are the heart and soul of the organization. I know that having the right people, with the right skills, in the right place, and at the right time accomplishes the right things, the right way, and with the best results.
