• Managed change within the team including running improvement projects.

• Lead improvement and modernisation projects across the FTP directorate for example writing the Casework Guidance Manual, process maps and SOPs that caseworkers followed to carry out their role effectively.
• Key project officer and Super User for the roll out of the GDC’s new case management software (Dynamics CRM).
• Defined and scoped projects to achieve desired outcomes, ensuring processes were fit for a modern regulator, optimal use of resources, minimal risk, and achieving value for money
• Effectively managed and monitored activities against project plans, providing regular progress updates

• Responsible for the empanelment of 350 associates across 18 concurrent Fitness to Practise and Interim Orders hearings
• Dealing with complex correspondence from internal staff and external stakeholders.
• Participating in the recruitment, supervision and development of support staff.
• Regularly preparing statistics for use by the Senior Management Team and Council.

• To assist with the planning and running of committee meetings including checking the availability of members to attend hearings, updating and circulating panel lists.
