My wife, Kristine, and I own and operate our independent residential real estate brokerage. We specialize in residential property resale & new construction sales throughout San Diego County. I was the youngest residential resale agent in San Diego County and second youngest mortgage broker when I began my full time career in 1995. I work with sellers and buyers, both first time and seasoned real estate investors, guiding them through every step of the sale and/or purchase of all of their real estate needs. I specialize in the communities of 4S Ranch, Del Sur & Rancho Bernardo, Poway, Del Mar, Encinitas, Solana Beach, La Costa, Carlsbad, Stonecrest Village, Mission Valley, Santaluz and Downtown San Diego, where I actually began my career! I have been awarded the Best in Client Satisfaction Award every year since it's inception in San Diego, 2008, and I am 1 of only 34 Brokers/Agents to be nominated for 11 consecutive years in the county. I received the 2017 & 2016 Recognition of Excellence by the San Diego Association of Realtors for my annual production in residential real estate! I have been selected as an ELITE Real Estate Professional and have appeared on local Radio, TV and in Print Publications! Additionally, I have shared my philosophies and decades of experience from stage at the San Diego Convention Center and a local brokerage's events.
