Mentored, trained and managed a team of 12 truck drivers and 2 front-line supervisors. Maintained a fleet of 12 Semi Trucks and 24 Trailers with 97% readiness rate. Responsible for the safe and expedient movement of 50 tons of cargo over 50,000 miles. Led 2 squad members to win Soldier and NCO of the month boards.

Afghanistan And Iraq

Selected from over 20 other candidates to be an Assistant Convoy Commander. Responsible for the health, welfare, and safety of 19 team members on his Convoy Escort Team. Ensured the successful and safe movement of $20,000,000 in equipment in Afghanistan and Iraq. Improvised to solve problems and overcome difficulties in a complex and stressful environment. Responsible for 6 vehicles valued at over $400,000,000 and their associated communication and weapon systems with a 98% readiness rate.
