I am a founding partner of Granite Harbor Advisors. My primary area of expertise is business planning, estate planning and charitable planning solutions. I enjoying taking the time to understand each client’s complete financial picture in order to develop solutions that will protect their assets and preserve their legacy for the next generations. I bring a personalized and comprehensive perspective for business owners and companies and have designed group benefit programs for small to medium size companies. Over the years, I have owned and operated several small businesses. My personal understanding and business background allow me to recommend benefit options that are suitable for the business as well as the owner. I began my financial services career in 1996. I achieved the designation Certified Financial Planner® (CFP®) in 2001. Prior to my career in financial services, I worked in corporate finance/accounting for 10 years. I received my undergraduate degree from Governors State University in Park Forest, Illinois in 1989.I am very active in the community. I currently serve on the board of Ronald McDonald House Charities of Greater Houston. I was instrumental in the founding of Houston Christian Youth Association's soccer program. I served as the Executive Officer for 6 years. I enjoy spending time with my wife Denise and our extended family. I have been married to Denise over 30 years.
