I led product for Flutter, the most popular UI framework in the industry, which supports building beautiful apps for mobile, web and desktop from a single code base; Dart, a portable and modern programming language that is designed for productivity and performance in mobile and web application development; and Go, one of the fastest-growing languages for enterprise-grade applications and systems.Under my tenure, Flutter grew from an early alpha pre-release to the most popular cross-platform framework for mobile and desktop apps, with a community of five million developers and over a million released apps. Flutter is one of the top ten software projects on GitHub, with thousands of contributors. Some of the largest apps built with it have over a billion users. It is used in cars and smart home devices; Android and iOS phones, tablets and foldables; and Windows, macOS and Linux desktops.

Led setup, acquisition and developer ecosystem for Microsoft's flagship developer tool suite, Visual Studio.Responsible for a complete rewrite of acquisition experience and installation engine for Visual Studio, working with engineering and release stakeholders across the division to deliver a lightweight, fast new installer and modular architecture that reduced installation time by an order of magnitude and introduced workload-driven installations.Doubled both size and engagement of the Visual Studio ecosystem with a combination of technical advocacy, engineering investments and partner outreach. Led a team of approximately 100 people building training and certification products for Microsoft's customers. Work encompassed technical exams and credentials (including MCSE, MCSD, and MTA), our books (the Microsoft Press imprint), classroom-based learning (Microsoft Official Courseware) and online learning products and courses. My team built Microsoft Virtual Academy, the home for all Microsoft technical training, from a small-scale project to a world-class online property with three million registered users and tens of millions of training videos viewed every year. The products we built brought in hundreds of millions of dollars of revenue per year for Microsoft and sustained a large worldwide partner ecosystem; they covered everything from digital literacy for students in developing countries to advanced developer training and certification.
