I'm working as editorial director for the Life Sciences Trainers & Educators Network (LTEN), formerly the Society for Pharmaceutical and Biotech Trainers (SPBT) and as editor of Focus magazine, an LTEN membership publication focusing on training and industry issues. I also produce a series of webinars for LTEN.Prior to this position I created Training Industry Quarterly electronic magazine and managed and hosted webinars for Training Industry, Inc.As former editorial director for MediaTec Publishing, I created and launched Chief Learning Officer magazine and Talent Management magazine.
