It combines financial coordination and data integrity with project management, which enables the company to monitor service delivery with greater accuracy, whilst facilitating new business growth and ideas.I will be focussing on understanding business trends and undertaking project management as required by the company. My goal over the next 12 months is to support the rollout of our new supports, ensuring that the extension of services meet budget, time, and quality indicators. I am currently working toward this goal by reporting on our financial position and developing a cost model for the service delivery.Beyond this, I wish to create new business opportunities and income streams through research and development in the NDIS sector and reporting this for consideration to the CEO and Board. Through my previous experience and knowledge, and my ability to strategise and transition new business models and training, I am striving towards achieving this within the next 5 years. Show less

During my first 6-months we have increased our clientele base by over 100% and our NDIS sector income is tracking for a gross change of 176% above company predictions and over 200% growth for the Kempsey office.I undertake activities and set outcomes to further develop work methods where general work procedures are not defined, whilst exercising judgment and contributing critical knowledge and skills.I am responsible for the development, control and administration of records management service for the receipt, custody, control, preservation and retrieval of records and related material. I undertake computer operations requiring technical expertise and experience and exercise initiative and judgment in the application of established procedures and practices.I provide a reference and deliver research information regarding NDIS practices and updates to upper management. I exercise a degree of autonomy, control projects and programs, establish priorities and monitor work flow in areas of my responsibility.
