This is how I would describe Tim as I got to know him during his internship with Cushman & Wakefield's Dallas Industrial Team. A hard worker with a high emotional and relational IQ, Tim joyfully engaged in the typical intern/grunt work but tactfully suggested ideas and solutions that ultimately benefitted our team in the long-run. Frankly, Tim was more talented than I expected a college student to be, especially on the technical side of Excel, so he took the initiative to improve our processes and data management systems.
