My background in IT primarily started within the website design and development space, starting my own company, Shire Websites, to serve the SME market in the Sutherland Shire and surrounding suburbs. During this time I had the pleasure of aligning with a number of strategic partners which consequently allowed me to design and develop a range of web based solutions for not only local, but also interstate and international businesses.In 2011 I embarked on a project as part of the development of a new family business, Jack's Black Label Fine Foods. This company is a producer of Award winning Deli Smallgoods and Premium Beef Jerky products. In my position within the company I was responsible for designing and developing processes to streamline the sales, inventory and order procurement sectors of the operation. My family has over 100 years of history in the Australian meat industry and I am proud to have been a part of this expansion into a new, emerging market.During this time, I worked as a contract web developer, primarily with my existing Shire Websites clients. This is where my relationship with Easy Payroll Global, and subsequently The Vamon Group, grew. Initially responsible for the design and development of a number of in-house applications and websites, my position has evolved over time as a result of a group expansion, with key group objectives having a heavy reliance on the development of next-generation technology. This new role allows me to work closely with key stakeholders and experts within the group to collaboratively build solutions that improve both operational efficiencies and ensure growth stability.
