I have been a serial entrepreneur during my career as I have started or help start a number of companies. In 1992, I founded Marketing Ally, an inbound and outbound call center and grew it to 3 centers with over 1200 employees. Marketing Ally was one of the Top 50 largest call centers in the US. I sold it in 2003.In 1994, I started NorthSky, Inc., which developed the FreeServers.com free website hosting property. In 1999, FreeServers.com became one of the top 50 Media Metrix properties for traffic and was purchased by About.com.In 2000, I started Bizcradle, a small business incubator. Soon after, EsNet Partners became a partner in BizCradle. Bizcradle helped start SenForce, HumanLink, and MeuGrupo - Brazil. SenForce was eventually purchased by Novell.In 2005, I co-founded Know More Media, an online publisher of business news, tips and information. In 2007, I became the President/CEO of Perfect Search and served in that role until May of 2012. In 2013, I became the CEO of R3 Sensors in Orem, UT. We produce wireless sensors and transmitters for industrial and manufacturing companies. In 2015, we sold the company and I joined Joseph Grenny in launching The Other Side Academy as the CEO. We launched campuses in Salt Lake and Denver, raising over $18 million for capital expansion and overseeing $20 million in sales revenue. I oversee finances, HR, accounting, IT, insurance, regulatory issues, property acquisition and leasing, legal, marketing, and donor management.I.m also the CEO and a co-founder of The Other Side Village for the chronically homeless. The Village will become a self-sufficient integrated sober community of over 430 small cottages, social enterprises, medical and mental health clinics, and other public amenities. To date, Tim has overseen the regulatory permitting, community outreach, construction planning, and has helped raise over $12 million for the construction of the Village.I have also been engaged in trying to give back.
