Tim began his life on a grain farm in northern British Columbia. He was born into a German family in a devout Mennonite community. Show business training came early, as his Father was the organist at the church, and his Mother the Sunday school teacher. He and his younger sisters would rehearse their performance during the week, for a presentation prior to the sermon on Sundays. Within days of graduating from high school he moved to Vancouver and was soon touring North America with a rock band. In the late 80's he secured a record deal with one of his childhood heroes, Paul Stanley of KISS!That experience moulded his songwriting career and he has gone on to release four albums of his own material. His fifth recording "The Torch Of Rock And Roll" which debuted in 2021, gained critical acclaim in Europe and North America. He has financed his career as a music producer and operating multiple business including a very successful specialized cleaning business in Vancouver's Film Industry In the last few years he has taken a deep dive into the business of personal development and has emerged a budding speaker, and certified Accelerated Evolution coach who helps leaders and individuals remove negative emotional blocks to powerfully live their purpose. In 2023 Tim became the very first three time ISSA winner with International Songwriter of the year. The album “Torch Of Rock And Roll” became the International Album of the year, and his band “The Mighty One” became the silver winner for International Band of the year!2024 plans include U.S. and Indian tours with his original projects and Vegas styled ZZ Top Tribute band LEGZZ www.zztoptributeband.com while producing new material for himself, The Mighty One and a roster of talented artists. Tim is a brand ambassador for ROCK N’ Vodka and Mammoth Beard Co.
