The Alternative Board, or TAB, is an international community of business owners and facilitator/coaches whose members seek to learn from one another, share their experience and grow their businesses achieving a balance in their personal and business lives.We utilize small groups, or boards, of business owners, who meet together monthly. Each board has no more than 10 members who come from non-competing businesses. The diversity in background and industry of the members promotes out-of-the-box thinking.Between the monthly meetings, we provide business coaching for each of the business owners directed toward helping them achieve both business and personal objectives.
