As a member of the administration, responsible for the direction and support of technology solutions for a private Catholic high school in Atlanta, with enrollment of 1100+. Responsibilities include the creation and management of the department's yearly budget, as well as the design, implementation, and support of solutions that aids the school's mission.

• Managed revenue cycle applications and processes for 60 acquired physician practices.
• Developed and documented standardized processes across 17 Practice Management and EMR platforms to ensure high levels of accuracy in revenue cycle and billing data.
• Served as technical liaison between Revenue Integrity and Billing departments.
• Established and maintained billing interfaces between all practice home systems and central billing department.
• Responsible for producing educational training and materials for operational and technical staff.

Directed IT operations and support for the Department of Transportation and Parking. Developed technology initiatives based on the business needs of the organization. Managed all technology projects, including new installations and upgrades. Collected and analyzed data so that the senior leadership team can collaborate and build department strategies..

Served the southeast Cobb County community in Georgia for a four year term on the Cobb County Board of Education.

Formulated all IT strategies for a 13 office cardiology practice with over 250 employees. Responsible for development and modification of the company’s network and server infrastructure in preparation of an Electronic Medical Records deployment. Held autonomous decision-making authority for all IT development and expansion issues, with a focus on IT.

Managed the network and servers for 500 users in the School of Mechanical Engineering. Managed internal IT infrastructure projects by building cross-functional teams. Provided helpdesk support to faculty and staff.
