I work on technical partnerships at Anthropic, integrating Anthropic's best-in-class AI models into Amazon's AWS Bedrock and Google's GCP Vertex services.

Under my technical leadership, Panopto became the leading provider of video services for higher education. We had over 10 million users and over 2500 customers. We ingested tens of thousands of hours of videos every day, across 5 regional clouds, search-indexed every spoken word and all visual text, auto-generated a table of contents, and published videos instantly. We integrated with hosts of partners, from video conferencing (Zoom, Microsoft), to learning management systems, to hardware vendors.I led all engineering and product development from series A through series C investment/exit to PE. Grew the product dev team from 5 to 45. Drove major product improvements to fuel ARR growth from $3M to $60M. Fiduciary responsibility for 40% of total OpEx.- Defined roles and career ladders for all product dev disciplines.- Defined and executed a transparent product planning process.- Drove dramatic reductions in unit rate costs: 60% in storage and 84% in compute.
