As Chief Impact Officer I guide, inform and drive the direction and development of Socialsuite's sustainability software platform. I serve as the company's domain expert on ESG and sustainability, bringing over a decade of sustainability experience driving ESG strategy, programs, reporting, and measurement for organizations in public, private, and social sectors.I possess deep expertise in materiality assessments; a critical first step for organizations to understand which sustainability issues are relevant and important to them. This expertise is instrumental in guiding the development of Socialsuite’s Materiality Management platform, a cutting-edge software solution that empowers companies to navigate and comply with evolving sustainability standards and regulations.

Led the development and growth of Socialsuite's ESG software, designing the company's ESG-starter solution to help small caps identify, focus, and report on the most significant and urgent sustainability issues.

The ESG Exchange is mobilizing expertise, collective action, investment, and resources to strengthensustainability reporting, making sustainability information more reliable and repeatable for the planet.

In the role of Head of Strategy & ESG I provide strategic direction across the entire creative process and work with clients on their ESG frameworks and reporting systems. Core functions and processes I drive and support include company strategy mapping, narrative development, brand positioning, category design, ESG strategy development, ESG reporting, and communications planning.

With Thousand Heroes I provide specialist services to companies in the areas of ESG strategy, reporting and performance; the development of corporate strategic ESG narrative; and sustainability positioning and credential building. We assist companies to close the gap between corporate prosperity and sustainable development outcomes. Defining corporate purpose by connecting company success with social progress is at the core establishing strategic, measurable and verifiable ESG credentials.

As ESG Specialist I support PNG Biomass across a range of sustainability areas; including social and environmental impact assessment, monitoring and performance framework development, social management plan design, local stakeholder consultation, and international safeguards compliance (including Equator Principles/IFC Performance Standards, ADB Safeguards Policy Statement, Gold Standard for the Global Goals, Forest Stewardship Council, Roundtable for Sustainable Biomaterials).In addition to sustainability, I also provide public relations, branding and marketing, communications, business strategy and corporate governance support to this renewable energy project.

As Head of Public Relations and Performance for the Oil Search Foundation I work closely with the Foundation CEO and Senior Management Team to develop strategic approaches to public relations and communications as well as developing a strong monitoring & evaluation capacity and performance measurement of the Foundation's programs.

As Manager of Business Intelligence and Communication for the Oil Search Health Foundation I worked closely with the Head of the Health Foundation and Senior Management Team to develop systems, processes and procedures for the collection, analysis and reporting of data to the Health Foundation Board of Directors and external stakeholders.

As Program Analyst and Information Coordinator at the Oil Search Health Foundation, I was responsible for utilising Business Intelligence methods to transform raw public health data into meaningful and useful information. By visualising health data with PowerPivot and Tableau I created comprehensive reports to inform the Senior Management Team of the Health Foundation on the performance of its programs and enabled them to (re)direct the organisation's strategic direction.

As Program Coordinator at Pacific Friends of the Global Fund I managed the day-to-day affairs of this high-level advocacy organisation. We worked on building and retaining Australian support for the Global Fund to Fight AIDS, Tuberculosis and Malaria to secure commitments to improve resource mobilisation for the Global Fund and raise awareness of the burden of disease in the Pacific region.

During a six month fieldwork research affiliation with the Institute of Diplomacy and International Studies, I conducted doctorate research on a rice plantation development in west-Kenya. I assessed the project's social and environmental impacts on human and food security, identified mitigation measures, and created management recommendations. Liaised closely with local stakeholders and influencers to document historical and contemporary narratives on the project’s impacts.
