I’m an experienced engineer currently working in payments orchestration for NAB. I specialise in Java, Python, Apache Kafka, Terraform, Docker, Go, React and AWS. I pride myself in automating and integrate systems to minimise tedious and time consuming manual activities.Completed a Bachelor of Software Engineering at Deakin UniversityPreviously I have worked as a full stack web developer using languages and libraries including: PHP, jQuery, Node.js, Typescript and Angular. Primarily self taught and keen to learn new techniques.In 2014, I began regular contract work for Small Dog Design, focussing predominantly in customising WordPress plugins and core files to meet the client's requirements. Upon finishing high school, was hired by Small Dog as a part-time web developer whilst studying Software Engineering at Deakin University.Outside of engineering, I was involved in junior AFL football as a coach of U16/U17/U18s for a number of years at South Barwon football club.
