With over thirty-two years of Fire Service and government leadership experience, currently, as an Owner, I leverage my skills in organizational leadership and strategic thinking, honed from my tenure as Chief of Staff at the Maryland Military Department and Senior Program Manager at the Maryland Department of Emergency Management. My mission aligns with fostering resilience and preparedness, and I excel in crafting strategies that respond to complex challenges.
