Worked to support company technology initiatives through research and development tasks in multiple areas. Designed and implemented a custom chat system using an XMPP server and a customized open source IM client, but also prototyped and developed web pages for providing access to company information and resources.

Designed and built three mobile applications from client specifications for iOS and Android with Javascript and the Ionic 3 framework. Additionally, I implemented Node.JS server REST API authentication and data services in the applications.

On the organizing team of HackRiddle, Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University's annual 24-hour (student run) hackathon with over 150 attendees representing more than 25 schools from across the country. Created the entire HackRiddle online presence, developed the website (www.hackriddle.com) as well as marketing content and strategies for social media and web.

In this role, I worked with the Thales InFlyt Experience team to develop IFEC systems, writing software to deliver in-flight entertainment systems and services that enrich the travel experience. I implemented Android system broadcasts in Java on publish-subscribe design for unique in-flight device events, and modified Android 7.0 source code for.

Improved and updated the Availity eligibility and benefits request form as a member of an AGILE/SCRUM team. Worked with AngularJS and Java to add features to the Availity software platform. Contributed to a number of value-adds for the software platform and visualized changes enter the final production version of the Availity software.
