In my role as a Senior Infrastructure Engineer at George Jon, I led infrastructure engineering projects for enterprise clients, specializing in VMWare, Unity Storage, and Dell networking solutions. I conducted infrastructure audits, implemented best practices, and maintained up-to-date client documentation. Additionally, I acted as a Customer Success Manager, managing hardware/software platforms for small to medium-sized businesses in the Chicagoland area.

Held the responsibility of Systems Engineer involved in supporting small to medium-size businesses including park districts, financial institutions, medical offices, manufacturing and law firms. Designed and implemented several technology solutions in multiple fields.

My responsibilities were general help desk support, network support, and to assist with project management for a large enterprise environment with limited IT support staff. The help desk support was focused on; hardware issues, application related issues and user training. The network support focused on active server monitoring, Active Directory administration, and to maintain critical directory permissions. I provided assistance with numerous IT projects including; server planning and implementation, satellite office configuration, and network efficiency improvements. I also worked with third party technology vendors (Verizon, HP, Cisco, etc.) as well as to facilitate equipment ordering and maintenance of network documentation.
