He increased professional market awareness of how the firms’ offerings meet their needs and was a key player in scale-up efforts.Before, as President at Facet Technologies, Tim led its turnaround initiatives achieving cash flow breakeven results for the first time.As President, VNUS Medical Technologies, Tim exceeded post-acquisition financial targets. Leading its business integration into Covidien, he delivered a 3-year growth strategy, increasing annual sales, leading global integration & enabling scale-up efforts.From 2003–2008, Tim was SVP, CMO & Executive Board member for B. Braun Medical, where he repositioned/re-branded the business & improved the product development pipeline. He held leadership positions at Becton Dickinson, where he initiated/co-led global e-business initiative. Tim launched BD's blood diagnostics and microbiology businesses and led market conversion efforts throughout Asia-Pacific.He is a Board Director ClearpointNeuro, a publicly traded company, is a mentor to start-ups through MassBio and LabCentral organizations and has lectured at Endicott College and Fordham University. Tim was formerly a Commissioner for the State of New Jersey Healthcare Financing Authority, appointed by the governor.Tim has a BA from Lake Forest College & completed advanced executive leadership and organizational change programs.
