- Represent the CGS systems perspective in TOC Sr. Management meetings.- Monitor status of any issues with CGS systems.- Escalate issues as needed to appropriate parties for resolution.- Document issues and procedures for problems / issues resolution.- Interact with other TOC Duty Managers as needed to resolve or improve situations.- Oversee & manage CGS personnel in the TOC and at Venues.- Interact with suppliers of CGS systems as needed to resolve issues.- Perform other duties as assigned by the IT Games Duty Manager- Ensure that the appropriate Atos Policies & Procedures are updated regularly and adhered to by all team members.- Provide an End of Day report and provide appropriate information for the end of each shift- Provide identified statistical reports

Key Tasks:○ Perform delivery acceptance test and rigorous integration testing on the CGS application checking the integrity of deliverables provided by the suppliers○ Integration Testing: • Validation: preparation and execution of delivery acceptance; integration testing within CGS applications. • Interfaces: preparation and execution of interfaces testing with internal and external stakeholders. • Application's environments preparation, maintenance and troubleshooting.○ Technical test: • Validate fulfillment of the Application Service Level Agreement through preparation and execution of Technical Tests. • Development of technical test cases, preparation of test tools, gathering of test data, as well as other documentation and reporting activities.○ Defect Management: • Report and follow up on application defects in the defect tracking system (HPQC). • Work with Service Manager to ensure that the supplier resolve the defect in a timely manner.○ Configuration Management: Adhere to proper process implementation in the: • Deployment and maintenance of services in the Lab. • Preparation of configuration packages and version management for the deployment in production. • Validation of deployed services in like-production environment.○ Change Management: Assist CGS Service Manager in reviewing the technical feasibility of changes requested by the customer.○ Collaborate with technical experts in resolving technical issues related to CGS applications.○ Operational support: • Provide technical support to the users. • Ensure readiness of production environment for Test Events and Games Operation. • Provide mission critical technical support during the Test Events and Games Operation.
