- Many years of project management experience (>15 years) using both traditional and agile project management methods (including the introduction of agile work methods)- Highly experienced in leading and coordinating interdisciplinary project teams- Demonstrates a high degree of flexibility, communication and negotiation skills, as well as being able to work independently- Takes responsibility and is persistent in pursuing goals.
