Hong Kong

Charged with a new role focused on leading and optimizing operations across Langham Hospitality Group, the hospitality arm of Great Eagle Holdings, one of Asia's leading property companies with gross asset value of $10.9 billion. ► Overseeing operating performance of the group, reporting directly to the Chief Executive Officer. ► Supervised a high-performing global team of 12 direct reports including VPs, GMs and corporate operations leaders with annual revenues of US $830 million; achieved a 92% leadership index score from direct reports.► Led communication with real estate owners and stakeholders on asset performance, major projects and capital improvements.► Oversaw development and reported to company owners on projects exceeding $900 million in new investment and $400 million in capital improvement projects and renovations.► Grew company 25% across tenure; executed growth trajectory and successfully opened 5 new hotels with 21 active projects in the pipeline across China, Southeast Asia, Middle East, Europe and the US.► Led team to improve operations, sales, and marketing at 22 properties with 9200+ rooms and $830+ million in revenue.► Achieved recognition including #1 Hotel in the US on TripAdvisor (2018) and US News and World Report (2017) and multiple accolades within Travel + Leisure, Conde Nast Traveler, and others.

Singapore

Directed operations for the hotel subsidiary of Singapore-listed UOL Group Limited, one of Asia’s most established hotel and property companies with 11,000+ rooms in Asia, Oceania, North America, and Europe. ► Full P&L responsibility of the ASEAN region, with annual revenues exceeding $350 million across 14 operating properties across Singapore, Malaysia, Philippines, Indonesia, Vietnam, Myanmar, and Bangladesh.► Managed operational strategy for 14 properties with 4800+ rooms in addition to 8 hotels in the development pipeline; directly supervised a team of 14 direct reports managing properties.► Identified process improvements and built relationships with hotel asset owners to enhance operating performance.► Implemented balanced scorecard and monthly performance review process for company-owned and managed properties.

China

Developed an ultra-luxury hotel and new elite brand for Jin Jiang, the largest hotel group in China. Reported to the JV Board of Directors.► Managed complex project to lead development of hotel through operations and stakeholder relations expertise. ► Developed a long-term vision for success and established brand strategy through liaising with stakeholders in China and the US.► Created operational plans, budgets, and goals for divisional function heads and developed criteria to measure success.

Promoted through multiple progressively responsible roles across the brand within the US and China, ultimately serving as GM for three high complex properties. Managed teams, operations, and strategy which increased hotel market share with unprecedented growth in RevPAR.

The Ritz-Carlton, Guangzhou/ China

► Managed hotel with 351 guest rooms and 91 Ritz-Carlton residences, 6 F&B venues, extensive banquet, and off-premise catering, and spa.► Achieved 16% market share growth, recognized as #1 market leader in ADR and RevPAR.► Ranked #1 in guest satisfaction across Asia Pacific market by Gallup and recognized as the “Best Employer in China” per AON Hewitt. ► Received President’s Award for building exceptional team culture and achieving the lowest staff turnover in Asia Pacific across tenure.

The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, Miami, Fl

► Achieved the highest US occupancy across the brand in 2009 with a RevPAR Index change of +17%.► Directed operations and financial strategy which increased value of $200 million asset.► Managed change across high-complexity resort during economic turbulence; improved market share while maintaining favorable operating margins and strong customer service.► Improved operations which positioned hotel among the top-performing properties across the brand.

The Ritz-Carlton, Pentagon City - Washington D.C. Area

► Achieved a record RevPAR year and impacted NOI by $1.8 million with 87% HP flow.► Managed operations and instilled a focus on customer service which moved hotel into the top tier in customer engagement as measured by the Gallup Organization.► Executed master renovation plan which repositioned hotel and improved operating model and market share.
