I have expertise in advising clients on major and complex projects involving sensitive heritage assets, tall buildings, estate regeneration and mixed-use redevelopment. My specialisms include tall buildings, West End retail, high-end residential, transformation of brownfield and retrofit. Including the refurbishment and alterations to Grade II listed country house (occupied by the BBC) and new development in Grade II RPG. • 2023: Heritage Advice for the refurbishment, alteration and conversion of the former Abercrombie and Fitch store on Burlington Gardens (Grade II*) and 2 Old Burlington Street (Grade II) for RH to a retail gallery and restaurant that is 35% more carbon efficient than the existing site. • 2022: Built Heritage and Townscape advice to Dagenham Dock Limited/Peabody on the Dagenham Green Masterplan, a c3,500 home mixed-use development on the site of the old Ford stamping plant in Dagenham. (LB Barking and Dagenham) Architects: PRP• 2021: Built Heritage and Townscape advice to Publica Properties for the retrofit and extension of 318 Oxford Street (former House of Fraser). Full refurbishment and extension provides a comprehensive solution with an uplift of 6,000sqm of offices, and 1,500sqm of restaurant floorspace, plus BREAM Excellent and rooftop greening (Westminster City Council) Architects: PDP London• 2020: Heritage advice on the redevelopment of the Bethnal Green gasholders to deliver 550 residential units as part of a vibrant mixed-used development within a conservation area for St William (LB Tower Hamlets).
