Including the refurbishment and alterations to Grade II listed country house (occupied by the BBC) and new development in Grade II RPG. • 2023: Heritage Advice for the refurbishment, alteration and conversion of the former Abercrombie and Fitch store on Burlington Gardens (Grade II*) and 2 Old Burlington Street (Grade II) for RH to a retail gallery and restaurant that is 35% more carbon efficient than the existing site. • 2022: Built Heritage and Townscape advice to Dagenham Dock Limited/Peabody on the Dagenham Green Masterplan, a c3,500 home mixed-use development on the site of the old Ford stamping plant in Dagenham.
