On Potable/Waste Water Treatment Unit and Steam Generation/Boiler we have following water analyzers - pH, Conductivity/Resistivity, ORP/Redox, Chlorine, Dissolved oxygen, Turbidity, Sodium, Silica, TOC analyzers from Endress Hauser and Rosemount Analytical..Gas analyzers are Siemens MicroSAM and Yokogawa Gas chromatographs; Ametek 933 H2S analyzers, Michel Condmax II dew point analyzers; GE Panametrics Oxygen analyzers on Nitrogen Neneration Unit and Economizers; Exhaust analyzers as Siemens Utramat 23 and Land Technologies.Passport for analyzers were prepared and include all important information such as Manuals, Data Sheets, P&IDs, Cause&Effect, Control narrative, Maintenance and Calibration schedule and history, Material requisition. Keep spare parts and calibration materials in stock. Collaboration with other departments such as Commissioning, Chemical Laboratory, Metrology, Operations and others. Preparation of weekly reports and Maintenance plan for future.
