-Presented research on "How to Stop Worrying the Experimental Uncertainty of Heterogeneous Bioactivity Data" at the Massachusetts Undergraduate Research Conference, engaging with over 200 academic professionals and peers-Engineered Python code for data collection, processing over 100,000 units of data from ChEMBL;-Developed a generalized linear model in R to optimize feature that affect variability selection from an initial set of 100, reducing the number to 15, which provided a deeper understanding of the variability of the inhibition constant;-Developed and implemented a PLS-SEM model to analyze and confirm 5 key research hypotheses, which formed the basis of an algorithm that reduced data variability by 20%.
