Tim van Abeelen is Business Development Manager at Respond. He obtained his bachelor degree in European Marketing and Management Communications in Torino, Italy, and his Master from the University of Tilburg, The Netherlands. Tim is working on new projects in which Respond is participating as well as developing business plans for new markets and new products that are introduced in Europe. New projects can be nationwide for government and multinationals as well as local projects with the University of Tilburg, end-users of the program and the trade industry. Specialties:Tim focuses on the soft skills that are needed to make an ICT project successful in a Command and Control room environment. His primary focus is aimed at the efficient adaption of new technology on a human level. He works closely with the customers change advisory boards for the strategic implementation of the processes concerned with the ICT implementation.

I graduated doing research to the factors that are decisive in the decision making process of a customer when choosing for a marketing advice agency and the way that Huddles Marketing can translate these organisational needs into their serviceportfolio.
