During my education I have been able to gain a variety of practical and theoretical experiences. Especially the internships of my bachelor, and my work at Stelrad have contributed to my practical insights and professional development. This professional development is supported by the theory I received during the completion of my bachelor and master degrees. By choosing diverse companies with regard to work and internships, in size as well as in activities and industries, I was able to gain experience in different work environments. Cooperating during diverse activities with a variety of people appeals to me and increases my motivation, especially when it concerns products and/or services which make the difference. I’m a teamplayer who is able to fulfill his own tasks and take his own responsibility. It’s in my nature to be curious, fascinated by technology, pro-active and enterprising. I prefer to work by a pragmatic, hands-on approach, supported by the necessary theory. My curiosity in combination with my passion for (new) technology is the reason that I have chosen for the Master Innovation management after my Bachelor Mechanical Engineering.The experience I gained during my internships and jobs with regard to practical and theoretical insights, as well as team teamwork, give me a broad and solid base to expand my competencies where necessary!
