Managing a new project to harmonize Sales Billing at Mack with Volvo Business Solutions.

 Currently managing a $900,000 project to harmonize the “time” capture of Volvo’s North American employees to feed into Volvo’s North American Human Resources, SAP system for payroll and ETO management. Managing 4 programmers/analysts, in addition to a 5 member software vendor team.  Successfully managed and delivered a $168,000 project, developing a web-based application to allow truck dealerships to track current orders and forecast future orders, improving cash flow for the dealerships and production planning for manufacturing.  Successfully managed and delivered a $60,000 project, streamlining the movement of material from time of receipt thru fulfillment of open orders, eliminating an entire PC system. Resulting in a $130,000 annual savings, in manpower and operational maintenance.
