•Brought in to improve organizational culture in a new position overseeing all Human Resources•Spearheaded a positive culture shift that resulted in programs greatly reducing faculty turnover from over 30% to under 10%•Provided individual leadership development and supervision to team of five Executive Directors•Developed and trained leaders on a tailor made model for faculty development, including onboarding, supervision, and evaluation•Responsible for moving organization from manual to electronic HR systems•Created, implemented, and trained leaders on a progressive discipline system that led to a reduction in employee misconduct and increased faculty satisfaction
