As a Human Resource Management Graduate Student and Air Force NCOIC of Force Development, I bring a wealth of experience in managing education and training programs. In my role as Force Development NCOIC, I oversee comprehensive initiatives including Professional Military Education (PME) and career development courses. I provide strategic guidance on educational opportunities, tuition assistance, and GI Bill benefits, ensuring efficient use of systems like MyFSS and the Air Force Virtual Education Center for optimal career advancement.I enforce rigorous training standards to ensure personnel meet required benchmarks for career progression. My role involves exceptional customer service, including addressing education-related inquiries and guiding airmen through application and enrollment processes. I also manage proctoring for career development exams and conduct briefings for new members, delivering essential information about education and training benefits. My administrative responsibilities encompass accurate record-keeping and comprehensive reporting for education and training programs.Previously, as an Education and Training Technician, I supervised the Letter of Certification program for Post 9/11 GI-Bill benefits, updating Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) and Personnel Services Delivery (PSD) guides to align with U.S. law and Department of Defense Instructions (DODI). I corrected a processing flaw affecting National Guard members on Title 32 orders, coordinated with the Department of Veterans Affairs (VA) to verify service members' histories, and facilitated the Transfer of Education Benefits. I also provided strategic support with Tuition Assistance to ensure service members received their entitled benefits.In my role as an Incentives Technician, I managed bonus agreements for Air Force aviators, ensuring compliance with U.S. law, DODI, and program policies. I developed process guides, authored a critical memorandum to address administrative errors, and handled inquiries from the Air Force Board for Correction of Military Records. My contributions to the Fiscal Year 2025 (FY25) Experienced Aviator Retention Incentive (EARI) pre-planning conference demonstrated my strategic insights and expertise in program execution. I have reviewed bonus contracts and provided editorial assistance going into FY25. I am considered the fields subject matter expert. I have also acted as the branch's NCOIC (Assistant Branch Manager). I have filled the role of Branch Manager in the times the sitting Branch Manager has been away.
