As the Expert Leader of Technology at November Five, I am dedicated to driving our company's technological vision and strategy forward, ensuring we achieve our ambitious goals. My role encompasses a broad spectrum of responsibilities: spearheading the development and execution of a robust tech vision, partnering closely with the technical leadership of our esteemed customers, and cultivating strategic technology partnerships to develop comprehensive ecosystems.

Transformed the traditional infrastructure team to a Platform Engineering organization that architects, builds, and maintains a secure cloud-native Infrastructure platform that runs all of Sitecore’s flagship SaaS solutions.The platform engineering approach allowed product development teams to accelerate software delivery and at the same time boost reliability, scalability, and security.

Led the Cloud Architecture, Cloud Engineering, and Cloud Operations teams responsible for running Sitecore Content Hub™. In this role, I have built out the platform and processes that allowed Sitecore Content Hub™ to grow from 50 to 250+ customers.

Led the SaaS operations for Stylelabs where I was responsible for shaping the platform that runs the SaaS products and setting up the governance to support them.Guided Stylelabs through the acquisition by Sitecore for all cloud infrastructure, security, and compliance due diligence topics. Implemented ISO27001 and SOC2 compliance as part of the acquisition targets.

To further speed up our go-to-market strategy I was made responsible for streamlining the technical delivery process for all clients for our 3 business models: Enterprise / Private SaaS / Public SaaS. In this role, I delivered solutions to several Fortune 500 companies while improving delivery speed and quality.

As a solution architect, I was leading the implementation team for a Fortune 500 - top 50 client to transform their digital marketing platform. In this role, I helped manage the development team, incorporated best practices, and improved the delivery process. I had the chance to lead several on-site workshops to help our client set up initiatives to realize their strategic goals with the new platform.

As Software architect I was responsible for the design and implementation of an IT platform to improve the efficiency of local deliveries and collaboration between all parties involved. Next to the IT platform I was also responsible for the design and development of a cloud-based POS solution to integrate all order flows for local food shops. The custom build platform consists of an ASP.NET Web API backend and WPF / Xamarin (WP8 and Android) frontends.

As a senior consultant, I further expanded my knowledge of business intelligence and document/knowledge management solutions. In these areas, I used both my IT technical and finance/management background to find the optimal solution for our clients.During this time I was the technical lead for a large an internal Accounting platform based on Azure. This project was successfully delivered in close partnership with Microsoft.

As a consultant, I had the opportunity to work for several large Belgian and International companies on diverse projects to further grow my IT technical and finance/management skills. During this period I had a focus on cost accounting and financial planning projects, delivering custom BI and financial data warehouse solutions to several customers.

I started my career at Deloitte where I got the opportunity to combine extensive training and learning possibilities with on-the-job learning.During this time I worked on several small .net code projects and got the chance to specialize and get certified on Microsoft Sharepoint. With this knowledge, I was able to be part of the team delivering several large-scale Sharepoint solutions for large Belgian and International companies
