Howdy, I'm Tim Vorhoff, Vice President and founding member at CreoValo where we partner with financial advisors and their business owner clients, guiding them through the process of raising capital or exiting their business. Previously I worked in Wall Street investment banking at Evercore, working on transactions for the largest public energy companies worldwide. Through negotiations with private equity firms, esteemed hedge funds, and other prominent public companies, I learned the nuances of negotiations and what is required to execute at the highest level.I then joined forces with my father, David Vorhoff, and partner, John Stewart, and launched CreoValo with the goal of helping business owners maximize their exits or capital raises. I've dedicated myself to providing financial advisors with the education and tools they need to become trusted advisors to their business owner clients.I live in Austin, TX, where I work with the local farming community. For the past two years, I've proudly served on the development board of Farmshare Austin.For fun, I study meditation and I am a competitive ultramarathoner having completed 10 races ranging from 50km to 100 miles. I teach meditation weekly and am currently training for my next race, the Moab 240.
