I am a proactive and focused Sales & Relationship Manager with over 2 decades of experience across various customer-oriented organisations. With almost 15 years as an Entrepreneur, I spearheaded business operations of my own venture which provided innovative & creative audio visual solutions to night clubs, parties and festival management companies. From conceptualisation, to establishing the entire setup to promoting business through cold calling and marketing, I handled everything single-handedly while also managing a team of 20 staff. This provided with me in-depth understanding of how to handle a business efficiently to contribute to top and bottom-lines. One of my key initiatives has been inculcating a culture of a happy workplace at Telstra. I ensured that each staff member’s contribution was acknowledged in front of the whole team which in turn encouraged staff to perform better. I keep cognisant of emerging methodologies and apply hands-on resolutions to diversified issues. Some of my key achievements have been: ► Achieving the highest amount of surveys completed with the highest scores in Net Promoter Score (NPS) at Telstra. For this I was rewarded financially and with products. ► Surpassing previous Manager’s sales achievements of 3.5 months within the first month of joining Celltech Technologies.► Exceeding first month sales target of $20K by 110%. I closed the first sale at 50% of monthly sales target at Celltech Technologies.I am passionate about music and love to catch the latest movies on ‘Netflix’. I also enjoy being outdoors.
