Key responsibilities:Data Analysis & Reporting: • In-depth data analysis of sales figures and financial performance, including presenting data insights to internal stakeholders and clients.• Preparing monthly updates for Executives and Trustees by summarising performance metrics and statistics into data insights that are used to assess business performance and make commercial decisions.• Leveraging knowledge of reporting tools (Excel & Salesforce) to provide system training and insight sessions for members of the team.• Continually improving systems and reports to enhance the data analysis process.• Creating bespoke MI reports that collate data from various databases and adapting data insights for different stakeholders.Project Management: • Project lead on annual budget & forecast planning process; coordinate input from team members and work closely with Product team to ensure a detailed and robust process.• Ongoing reviews of the team’s data management systems and processes to ensure they comply with GDPR regulations.
