From my CIO regarding my last week with Dantom:Tim has been with DANTOM since October of 2005 and has been integral in the support, development and improvement of the ICL system. Over the past three years, Tim has spent many hours including much of his own personal and family time ensuring our client’s files were processed in a timely manner. In fact, I believe Tim has been involved in processing more than 350 million in volume through ICL! Over the past year, Tim has taken more of a leadership role in the Application Support team focusing on improving performance of the ICL system while decreasing the amount of manual support required to monitor and keep the system running smoothly. We will certainly miss Tim’s dedication, knowledge and team support.
