Over the years, my actions have been driven by one force - to leverage innovative solutions to help people do things faster, easier, and smarter. At KPA, this meant offering EHS SaaS solutions to automotive companies so they can effortlessly monitor their workforce safety, and compliance to operate with confidence. At Granicus, we did this by helping digitize time-consuming processes for public sector offices. I was the first one to join their digital enterprise team - but within a span of a single year, we were able to drive unprecedented growth and secure high-value businesses from large public sector organizations. And while I’m incredibly grateful that my efforts have been appreciated, the biggest reward of all has been to know that my work is enabling a greener, smarter world. That’s why joining Oden was a no-brainer. I was looking to be part of a high-impact startup that shared my values.
