A hybrid role that encompasses both design and development management roles and recognises the venture into development management since 2021 which comprises preparing feasibility scheme designs and associated land appraisals on new 1 to 1 and ITT land opportunities, running monthly land appraisal updates and project reports for internal finance and joint venture reporting.

As part of the in-house design team, ensure that development value and quality is driven and maximised on new land bids, planning applications and live sites to deliver high quality new homes across London, whilst dipping a toe into Development Management. Lead our in-house learning on location tours, whereby we revisit our historic schemes and those of others to learn what what works, what doesn't to ensure we make smart decisions in the future to keep raising the quality benchmark. Mount Anvil are design led residential developer focused on the delivery of high quality homes in London.During my time at Mount Anvil, I was extensively involved with land opportunies at pre-acquisition stage, driving design forward through innovative optimisation to realise additional development value. At the same time I was additionally involved on live projects, working on design optimisation of scheme and dwelling layouts in line with design and sales aspirations in conjunction with project design teams.I was focused on the product quality and design integrity of all schemes through innovative design optimisation of layouts, attention to detail, interior specification and materials/external appearance, which meets programme and budget whilst fulfilling sales and design aspirations to achieve maximised development values.

Paul Johnson Architects were primarily involved in private sector, commercial, industrial and residential developments. I was involved in a number of projects ranging in size from £500,000 to £120 million pounds - from residential to a medical campus projects.Selected Key Experience Included:- Central Square, Islington - Undertook due diligence and design optimisation of unit layouts with the developer, ensuring compliance with regulatory housing and technical standards, through to preperation of production drawings, attendance to design team meetings, liasing with external consultants to drive efficieny of engineering and servicing. Project comprised of 274 residential units, both affordable and private, together with retail, commercial and nursery uses at ground and basement levels. - 202 Wandsworth Road, Lambeth - Involved in the preperation of production drawings, conveyance plans. Prepared planning application for additional storey to the highest wing of the development, gaining a successful consent for the client.- Chelmsford Town Centre - Riverside Regeneration, Essex - Involved long-term of preparing feasibility studies, concept sketches, outline planning application drawings and 3D modelling to the second phase of this redevelopment scheme, comprising hundreds of new homes, large quantum of retail and restaurant uses, linked in to existing high street. Concept studies for the re-modelling of an existing high street bank for retail usage as part of the re-development.Particular clients included: Mount Anvil Ltd, Aquila Holdings Ltd, Kier Property and de Soutter Medical.

Stanford Eatwell & Associates specialised in the housing sector and urban regeneration developments.I started out initially as a Trainee Technician and attended college / university one day per week.I quickly established myself within the design team working on the Feltham Town Centre regeneration project in West London for Barratt Homes, delivering over 800 new homes, retail, commercial, healthcare, hotel and community uses. I had long-term involvement on this major project, from initially preparing planning application drawings all the way through to technical detailed drawings and attending regular design team meetings as each phased residential block developed on site.Key Experience Included:- Preperation of Planning Application drawings on a number of residential schemes- Preperation of Production Drawing information on a large multi phased residential led regeneration scheme- Production of detailed 3D Modelling to supplement Planning Applications / Public ConsultationsParticular clients included: Barratt West London and Chalegrove Properties
