I serve with both the international segment (DART) and the North American group (NAM) to provide on-site relief to people that have experienced devasatating events as a result of weather, famine, and conflict. My role varies depending on the need and activities within the deployment. Regardless of the event, there are opportunities to show compassion and hope with people that are desperate for help and peace.

I managed the development of the consultant contractor workforce, assessing demand management, expertise, and location needs. In addition, I assisted with the Statement of Work for new client projects, acted as relationship manager and project manager, and performed research in the medical device field.

I managed the HRIT function for the Richmond district, including timekeeping, payroll, HR administration and security within PeopleSoft, as well as supported applications and operations for onboarding, compensation, performance management and analytics. I led efforts to increase simplification, standardization and automation of current policies and processes to improve the organization's efficiency.
