Responsibilities• Lead Document Production team, composed of around 15 production analysts and 3 SQL data analysts• Liaise and collaborate with business development and technical teams in Cape Town, UK and US• Work directly with a number of key stakeholders across an international client list• Collaborate with a global management team to align on company strategies and operating principles• Manage the monthly document and report production cycles - a highly pressurised deadline driven environment• Ensure that teams are executing on continuous improvement initiatives across delivery and implementation for all clients in priority order• Oversee, drive, and ultimately own implementation activities for multiple client projects, running concurrently• Product Owner for proprietary software platform used by the team to generate client reports - participate and drive Agile Scrum activities, in conjunction with enabler and development team• Provide proactive input into the continual improvement of document production processes and solutions to standardise repeatable provision of services to clients• Provide individualised mentorship and technical guidance to team members on a weekly basis and as needed• Manage team performance and career development, interview and select new and replacement employees, where neededKey Achievements:• Managed the migration of more than 10 document production clients from the India office to the growing Cape Town office - a complex 6 month process• Reduced the document production team size from 40 to around 20 post migration, through process improvement, technical efficiency gains and training• Improved all client document production run KPIs, in particular the top 5 by revenue. Largest client now consistently achieves 98.5 - 99.5% KPIs on accuracy and delivery deadline• Managed key improvements to the product platform, enabling better performance and improved charting capabilities
