Talk America merged with Cavalier Telephone and TV in December of 2006.As Chief Information Officer guided the development and operations of all systems that supported Talk America’s telephone and Internet access services to more than 400,000 residential and business customers. Directed the engineering, architecture, procurement, deployment and support of all corporate voice/ data/ video networks, telephony including voice over MPLS network, desktop and server platforms, data centers, application integration and database integration, and all other IT infrastructure components serving over 2000 employees.

• For a Cellular Carrier: Facilitated the implementation of cellular fraud reduction strategies driving a 95% reduction in fraud and generating $10M in annual savings by working in close collaboration with a cellular carrier’s VP of IT and the management of three business units. Spearheaded the development of decision support systems for Sales, Engineering and Finance.• For a Regional Bell Operating Company (RBOC) Architected the implementation of a distributed enterprise management platform (one of the largest implementations at the time) after leading joint application design sessions promoting a best-of-breed enterprise management solution. • For a Major Financial Institution: Enabled corporate wide management of all network, system and database components on a single platform by defining and configuring a network/systems management platform based on HP Openview.
